Lingomingo Language Lab offers coversational language classes for Chinese Language offered over 3 terms and focuses on language competency, so you can actually use the language after completing our courses. Each term of the course is offered over 10 sessions @ 90 minutes each. Focusing on competency and application.


Conversational Chinese Language Course (Term 1)
Course Overview

This course is designed for absolute beginners who want to learn basic conversational Chinese (Mandarin). The focus is on developing practical communication skills for everyday situations, such as greetings, introductions, shopping, and ordering food.
Students will learn essential vocabulary, basic grammar, and pronunciation, as well as gain an understanding of Chinese culture. By the end of the course, students will be able to engage in simple conversations and understand basic phrases and sentences.
Conversational Chinese Language Course (Term 2)
Course Overview

This course is designed for learners who have completed a beginner-level Chinese course or have basic proficiency in Mandarin. The focus is on expanding vocabulary, improving fluency, and mastering more complex sentence structures.
Students will engage in practical conversations about topics such as travel, work, health, and social activities. By the end of the course, students will be able to express opinions, describe experiences, and handle more detailed interactions in Chinese.


Conversational Chinese Language Course (Term 3)

This course is designed for learners who have a solid foundation in Mandarin Chinese and can comfortably engage in intermediate-level conversations. The focus is on refining fluency, mastering advanced grammar, and expanding vocabulary to discuss complex topics such as current events, culture, business, and personal aspirations.
Students will also learn to express nuanced opinions, debate ideas, and understand idiomatic expressions. By the end of the course, students will be able to communicate effectively in both formal and informal settings, approaching near-native proficiency.
